Jake Paul Adds to Tattoo Stipulation with Tyron Woodley

Let’s add some more drama to the Jake Paul-Tyron Woodley story shall we.

Paul and Woodley agreed that the loser of their “boxing” fight would have to get tattooed immediately following their contest in Vegas. The YouTuber went as far as to fly Tatu Baby to Vegas and positioned her ringside so the tat could be done right away. But Woodley never got inked due to the “disputed” nature of Paul’s split decision.

Woodley believes that he won the fight and thus no tattoo. He demanded an immediate rematch from Paul and Paul accepted the fight under one condition. Another tattoo, an “I love Jake Paul” tattoo. Fair enough. But Paul took to social media to move the goal posts once again.

Jake Paul Wants Anderson Silva vs Roy Jones Jr.

Anderson Silva returned to the boxing ring for the first time since 2005 and notched a split-decision victory over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. “The Spider” looked impressive in his outing and outboxed Chavez Jr. leading to speculation that Silva might have a new career path.

Silva expects to return to the ring “soon” as he mentioned in his post fight comments. It’ll be a lot sooner if Jake Paul has anything to do with it.

Report: Logan Paul – Floyd Mayweather Does 1M PPV Buys

Per Sportico, citing a source with Showtime Boxing, the exhibition attraction between Logan Paul and Floyd Mayweather is expected to bring in right around 1 million pay-per-view buys. That would equate to approximately $50 million dollars in revenue for the event.

The YouTube star “took” the former world champion the “distance” in a bout that didn’t see a winner. It will be interesting to see if Jake Paul can beat is brother in the PPV buy category when he faces former UFC champion Tyrone Woodley.

Jake Paul Trolls Floyd Mayweather with a Tattoo after Donnybrook in Miami

We’ve got to admit that is very funny! In case you missed it, Floyd Mayweather and Jake Paul got into a bit of a skirmish during a presser for the Mayweather-Logan Paul exhibition. Jake Paul snatched Mayweather’s hat off of his head and caused the fracas. It was a wild scene.

Paul, being the dickhead that he his, decided to troll Mayweather even more. He’s changed his name on Twitter to read “Gotcha Hat,” he’s selling merch on his website, and he’s tattooed the hat on his leg.

Chad Johnson to Fight on Mayweather-Paul Undercard

Well folks this is starting to reach comical levels. Former NFL wide receiver Chad Johnson (née Ochocinco) will be fighting on the undercard of the Floyd Mayweather-Logan Paul fight card. Mayweather’s promotion team confirmed the fight with ESPN on Monday afternoon.

Johnson will fight another athlete or a celebrity in a four or six round exhibition according to ESPN.

Johnson talked about his upcoming tilt on the “I AM ATHLETE” podcast with Brandon Marshall, Channing Crowder, and Fred Taylor:

“Everything in life I’m good at outside of golf. June 6, ‘Sweet Feet Johnson’ is going to go in there and do what I do best”

Showtime PPV Getting in on Celebrity Boxing Trend

Per Mike Coppinger of The Athletic, the Floyd Mayweather-Logan Paul exhibition boxing match will be broadcast June 5 on Showtime PPV.

The fight will go head-to-head with the highly anticipated Teofimo Lopez-George Kambosos light lightweight unification bout. What’s really interesting is Lopez-Kambosos is a Triller PPV. The same triller that is home to Jake Paul.

Coppinger adds that Mayweather-Paul will be a unique catch weight bout. Mayweather can’t weigh more than 160 pounds and Paul can’t weigh more than 190.
