All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and THQNordic unveiled a new trailer and game play information for the highly anticipated AEW: Fight Forever video game.

In addition to THQ, Yukes Co. Ltd., is involved in the development of the game. Diehard pro wrestling fans will recognize the THQ-Yuke’s combo from the massively popular Nintendo 64 pro wrestling games of the late-1990’s and early 2000’s. Those titles included WCW vs The World, WCW/nWo Revenge, WWF WrestleMania 2000, and WWF No Mercy.
AEW star Kenny Omega has been involved in the development of the game. A gamer, Omega has discussed his love for the classic pro wrestling games that are more of a “button masher” versus the complex controls of the recent WWE 2K series.
AEW: Fight Forever is now available for pre-order on all major systems including Nintendo Switch. The game is set to drop in the fourth quarter of 2022.
